Shivani handles matters related to matrimonial issues, domestic violence, criminal complaints and civil matters. She is experienced in legal drafting including agreement drafting, writ petition drafting, legal notices and other types of legal drafting.
Shivani represents clients in all District Courts and High Court of Delhi/NCR. She is proficient in cross-examinations, legal compliance and backend work.
Currently empanelled as ICC POSH member at Satya Micro Capital Ltd., Seeds Fincap Pvt. Ltd. and Vividh Vistaar Pvt. Ltd. Has done a lot of work and handled multiple cases pertaining to Social Media nuisance, Cyber Crimes and frauds.
Pursuing her Masters in Law currently.
