Shivani Mishra is an Advocate with experience in litigation, dispute resolution and advisory, representing clients before District Courts and the High Court of Delhi/NCR. Her practice includes matrimonial disputes, domestic violence matters, criminal complaints and civil litigation, with a focus on practical and effective legal solutions.
She has strong expertise in legal drafting, including agreements, writ petitions and legal notices and advises on legal compliance, contract structuring and dispute management. She also has experience in intellectual property rights, arbitration and cyber law, including matters involving online frauds and digital disputes.
In addition to her litigation practice, she is a Government-empanelled POSH Consultant and serves as an External Member on Internal Committees for various corporate organisations, advising on workplace compliance, conducting trainings and assisting in complaint handling.
