She is the Designated Partner at Navit Bansal and Partners LLP, bringing over 13 years of experience in human resource management and organisational development. She holds an M. Com and an MBA in Human Resources.
In addition to her corporate experience, she is a recognised numerology practitioner and researcher, with published papers in international journals and presentations at national and international conferences. Her research work includes “Ayurvedic Numerology”, which has received academic recognition and wider publication.
She is also the author of “Hypothyroidism Healed”, reflecting her work in holistic and alternative approaches to well-being.
Through her initiative “Jyotsnaa – The Moonlite”, she advises a diverse client base across India and internationally, including the USA, UK, Dubai, Tanzania and Ghana.
